United offers 15 years experience in liquid separation technology.  United offers long-term waste minimization and liquid separation contracts to refiners.  Our turnkey approach includes oil storage tank bottoms, API separators, waste water tanks, bio-sludge and waste ponds.

United dewaters thousands of barrels of bio-sludge without the addition of costly filter media.  The solids produced are comparable to those produced with a filter press, without the additional diposal cost of the tons of filter media.

Our Coker Quench Slurry Process produces oil-free coker quench feed material.  Wet or dry material is deoiled and then reslurried with water to produce uniform slurry that is injected in the coke drum during the quench cycle without creating hot spots.
